Genuine Apple Lightning Cable for $9.50 + Belkin 2.1 AMP iPad iPhone car charger $9
Lightning cable for recent Apple iOS devices and iPod nano on sale for a limited time.
Right now, OWC / Macsales is offering Bulk Packaged (aka no retail box) Apple Lightning cable for $9.50.
NOTE: The price in the cart will be $12.50, and there will be a $3 discount below it. There’s a maximum 3 per household and shipping starts at $3.50 USPS. I ordered three, came out to be $32 with shipping.
Last week, OWC offered this special, but increased the price after just two or three hours. So grab it now before it’s gone!
The Lightning cable works with:
- iPhone 5s, 5c, 5
- iPod touch (5th Gen)
- iPad (4th Gen)
- iPad Air
- iPad mini
- iPad mini with Retina display
- iPod nano (7th Gen)
I will be using the Lightning cables with these
2.1 AMP/10 Watts Belkin Car Charger (out of stock, see below) from Amazon, currently $9 each. The 2.1 AMP charger can charge power hungry retina iPad at full speed, so it’ll keep iPhone charged up easily in the car.
2015 Jan update:
- $21 for the Belkin Apple MFi Certified Car Charger with 4-Foot Lightning Cable
- $10 for Belkin Car Charger with 4-Foot Micro USB cable
Considering that name-brand iPhone car chargers with Lightening cable are usually found around $20 or more, this is a great combo. Since you are using genuine Apple MFi (made for i-device cable), you should not run into any “can’t charge” problems that happens with third party chargers.
